What is Retreatify?
Retreatify is Canada's first service designed to simplify small and mid-sized team retreats. Retreatify lets you BYOR (Build Your Own Retreat) at large, luxury cottages and chalets across Ontario with Add-Ons like catering, groceries upon arrival, transportation, in-home, yoga, massage, cooking classes, private chef and more. All in 5 minutes or less!
How do I book a home with Retreatify?
Retreat Homes and Add-Ons are reserved for our Members. Membership is free, but requires a brief phone call to verify that your team is a right fit for Retreatify. Become a Member by emailing email@example.com and we'll get back to you within 1 business day. Once approved, we'll help you plan your next retreat and share details on suitable Retreat Homes and Add-Ons. When you're ready to book, we send you a Booking Agreement and off you go!
What is included in my nightly rate?
Your nightly rate includes:
- Exclusive access to a private Retreat Home for your team
- Post-stay professional cleaning
- 4:00pm check-in, late check-out up to 11:00am (inquire within if you require early check-in)
- Access to Retreatify Add-Ons
- Personal phone concierge
When will I be charged?
Accommodation fees are due in full at the time of booking. Add-Ons can be ordered and paid for up to 7 days prior to your check-in date.
How do Add-ons work?
Members receive an Add-Ons package including details and pricing. When you're ready to place an order, we'll get it all booked in and organized for you, saving you the time and headache of planning, ordering, and following up with caterers, drivers, instructors, etc.
What if I only want to order Add-ons without staying at a Retreatify home?
Simply ask the Owner of the property you are staying at to reach out to us. We'll take it from there and will do our best to make it work, but we can't guarantee there will always be a fit.
How do property holds work?
If you're interested in a specific home and are more than 30 days away from check-in, we can place a hold on the property for up to 5 days to let you get internal sign-off.
If less than 30 days remain before check-in, we can place a hold for 24 hours.
Can you book multiple homes nearby for us?
If you are part of a larger group, and your preferences for sleeping arrangements and planned itinerary require multiple homes, we can book multiple nearby homes.
What comes with each Retreat Home?
Each Retreat Home comes with:
- High-speed Wi-Fi & strong reception
- Comfortable linens, pillows & towels
- Toiletries including shampoo, body soap & hand soap
- Fully-stocked kitchen with appliances, cookware, dishes, cutlery, and glasses
- HDTVs with AV cables
- Board/table games
What should we bring?
The planning of any retreat raises 4 questions: Where are we going, how are we getting there, what are we going to eat, and what will we do there? Our Homes & Add-Ons provide multiple options for each part of your retreat so that all you need are your clothes and excitement for the trip ahead!
Where can I find pictures and details of the properties?
As part of being an exclusive Member service, we take the time to learn what our Members are looking for so that we can save them time by recommending the appropriate available homes. At that point we send Members all the pertinent property details they need.
