Located on coveted Sheba's Island (accessible by car), the cottage is 5 mins by car or boat to the famous dunes of Sandbanks. With 6 bedrooms, 3 family rooms and a huge deck there is ample space for multiple breakout rooms from morning yoga, mid-day presentations and afternoon brainstorming. Once the work is done, get out on the water! Walk to wake boarding lessons, rent seadoos or a pontoon boat right on the island, or go for a relaxing paddle on the provided kayaks or paddleboard. Still too strenuous? Chill out on our dock with a glass or local wine instead.  We promise to have a bottle chilling in the fridge upon arrival.

The space
The cottage is 3000 square feet of finished space spread out over two floors, each with multiple walkouts to the waterfront. Two bedrooms are located on the upper level, and 4 are located on the lower level. There is a full washroom located on each floor.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property.

Requests for early check-in and late check-out must be made at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate these requests, however, they are subject to availability. Fees for early check-in/late check-out start at $250.
