The Adventure Project‘s Laughter Yoga is a mind-body combination of clapping, laughter exercises, deep breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques to enhance health and happiness. This light cardio workout increases blood circulation, kicks depression, reduces blood pressure, alleviates stress, releases endorphins, increases oxygen flow, and, brings teams together. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! No experience with yoga (or even laughing) necessary!

ABOUT THE ADVENTURE PROJECT

The Adventure Project blends improvisation, laughter yoga, mindfulness exercises, and retreat activities to create immersive, authentic experiences that enable individuals and teams to grow and connect both personally and professionally through cooperative play. Founder Amy Angelilli uses her 15+ years of improvisation and laughter yoga experience to facilitate personal and professional transformation by bringing her passion for play to people of all ages.
