This PLAYshop by FUNdamentals of Play is especially designed for as an opportunity for remote teams to escape the monotony of working from home in isolation. The Recess: All Play PLAYshop focuses 100% on boosting morale with games and activities that are a pure adrenaline shot of FUN and CONNECTION.
How It Works

Intro
The facilitator will welcome your team, explain how the group will learn (through mindfulness, facilitation, and engagement), and provide an overview of the FUNdamentals of Play Rules. The group will then partake in grounding exercises and quick icebreakers to warm up the mind and body.

Learn About Play (10 Mins)
The facilitator will discuss with the group the definition and criteria of Play, how to Play as adults, the benefits of Play, and the P.L.A.Y mindset. This will be followed by a group share where your team thinks about how they can incorporate more play into their work or home life and where you can apply the P.L.A.Y mindset.
